Window's Movie Maker Help?

I need some help, every time I insert a clip and start playing it and editing it, it gives me a error. It says. "Windows movie maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvernience. Than it gives me like, Debug, Send Error Report, and Don't send. I clicked debug, it didn't work, I clicked Send Error Report and it didn't work, and Don't send doesn't do anything, Please help, thanks.
