CAN I BURN A PS2 GAME WITHOUT HAVING THE GAME?

Ok i got a ps2 chipped 1 and not a chipped 1 my dad chipped it it migh be swapmagic it rings a bell but i do something with a boot disk and any way wen i play my original guitar hero 3 legends of rock it loads to play tation 2 then goese pure black ive gone to gametraders to unscratch but 3 days later didnt work so is there a way on the computer u can burn game without the ps2 legends of rock i tried burning but its to scratched if so website leave or any inf thxs :) xxxx
