My girlfriend & I got in a bad argument....I really messed up...what do I do?

She thoght I said something vey disrespecfull at the wrong time. When it happened we were both very drunk. She gets ready to go and won't tell me anything, I get very pissed off because I didn;t say anything bad that I know of. Then the alchohol kicks in and I say alot of stuff that I did not mean. What do I do if she won't forgive me or decides we might not get past this?
