It's likely not due to being on the computer or cell phone all day but those could contribute. Gles are not a huge deal and neither are contacts. Today they have very stylish models, and contacts actually, in my opinion, much easier to deal with because you don't get the glare while driving and such. Good luck at your appointment. Just relax. Gles or contacts will open a whole new world, you won't have to squint and life will be easier.
