How do i deal with this boy?

okey same question as before this 11th grade boy is like stalking me he keeps fallowing me around and ppl are saying he wants to ask me out but is to shy, i dont like him and if he does ask me out how do i say no with out getting him mad? cuz ppl tell me he is a major physco!!! HELP
