Whatever culture or colour we may come from, we are one human race. How will commoners develop this awareness?

There are differences in religion that are observed and people are too conditioned to accept or acknowledge the other. How will there be unity and a common-ground observed between all the different roads that are basically leading to and are talking about the same concept? Be carefull while answering this question.
