What sort of man will be best for me. Trying to work out what my type is?

I am quiet, gentle and very kind and helpful. I like mature men who know where they are going in life and am attracted to men who present themselves well, meaning dress well and take care of their appearance and smoking and drinking is not bad as long as they don't abuse it or take drugs as well. I am educated and would like either an intelligent man or one who is well educated or both. Just one who talks about all the time and acts all immature and swears does not turn me on. Tattoos are ok but I like men who are clean shaven, with nice hair and either tall, muscular or well built. Overweight is ok too as long as they are healthy. I know I have already answered my own question. But where can I find a man with these qualities? Liking music is a plus too or being creative in some way.
