Late diagnosis for cancer. now my mother is dying. Can I sue?

im so sorry to hear this i think they did make a few blunders they should of carried out alot more tests. im sure they could of sent for blood tests aswel which may have shown cancerous cells. try not to worry right now just make sure you enjoy and treasure every last moment with your mother
