for 89,000 sweetie that is good, I just bought a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom trailer its 10 years old but has been very very well taken care of and I paid 97,000 for it. It is a very nice place and has a huge fenced yard which is perfect for my children but i tel ya if i found a deal like that i would go for it. I mean if you really love it then get it. Who cares what anyone says sweetie you are going to be the one living in it and if it makes you happy then really you should buy it!!! Hope this helps
