Marry or Not?

hi, i am married & 45, i am in love with my very close relative who is 29. He has proposed me many times and i did not say yes to him yet.i dont have a child.i love this guy but i dont know whether i should allow him to take me out.he says he wants me to marry him and is ready to live with me. For New Year he wants to take me out for a trip to Goa. He brings me a lot of gifts some which i should not accept but i do accept it. I am like emotionally attached to him. I also love him a lot but i dont want to say yes as otherwise. My husband is least interested in what ido? he is not interested in marriage nor loves me ually. i like this guy a lot.he has not indulged in any indecent activity infact he touches me only when i tell him to hold my hand.We infact live very close to each other. We came very close to each other when i was burnt in a accident and he took a lot of care of me when my husband did not care, he even used to change my clothes in case of emergency and many other times.
