Aggressive outbursts after skin irritation, please help us decipher ?

it may be a little of both, but the skin sounds like it could be somethign that needs medication, could be a bacterial infection, mange, demonic mange, ringworm etc, it should be scd & tested, it could make him feel really rotten & he might not want to be touched or bothered by the other dogs.
