Girls what should I wear?

Hey I have a bad fashion sense and I am in need of some new clothes. I am tall blond and handsome (some say). I am fit with the beginnings of a little chub on my stomach ( gonna be gone when I start my long distance running again this summer). I am clean shaven and have short hair. My favorite color is blue and I am on the medium to large line where I can get away with both. I have recently gained more muscle m in my shoulders and chest so my medium shirts are getting tight. What is a good combination (fashion wise and or pick up line wise) for me to try and pick up some girls( oh and I am not a teen I am 23 but I look like Im 17 cause I have good genes I mean my mum is 50 and could easily p for 35)
