Weight loss. losing pants sizes help Dx?

Try eating 4-5 meals a day, but the meals being smaller. Drink green tea, eat grilled chicken. Hit the weight room muscle burns fat, Never lay down if you are watching tv or anything like that try to stand or at least sit as much as possible. Just keep going at it every day try to get maybe some sprints in. Just give it your best when you workout, if you think you can't go anymore just push one more out.
