My cat gave me a hickey?

My cat loves to be scratched in his private place, and sometimes he gets kinda excited because of dat. But last time he went all out and bit me after getting some stickiness on me. My neck is kinda pink now, and I think he might've given me a hickey! My baby daddy thinks I be cheatin' on him! What do I do?!
