Looking to rebuild my 1980 Camaro?

I'm looking into rebuilding my 1980 Chevy Camaro, don't have a lot of expertise in the field, but I'm in the process of learning. Does anyone out there know of any good websites or resources where I could begin learning more about clic cars, namely carburetors and engines, but any help would be greatly appreciated!
