Great White Shark VS Hippopotamus?
The great white is an ambush predator, and it seems to be a picky eater. I am guessing it would not ume the hippo was prey since it is more known for eating seals (and most attacks on humans seem to come from being confused). When sharks have attacked humans, a food type they aren't use to, the human is "spit out." If the shark, for what ever reason were to attack the hippo, I am guessing it would be from the bottom where it could avoid most damage. After ripping a chunk of flesh out, it would realize it wasn't what it usually eats and leave the hippot to die of blood loss/infection.
