Got email that displayed yahoo messenger,internet logos saying i won international lottery.Is it a scam?

Yahoo logos were in at least three places on letterhead. I t listed a Mrs. Rosemary Ann and the Lottery Directo and Vice-President of... and a Mr. Terrel Semels as lottery executor. are these people for real or is this one of those scams.
