As a pedestrian, I was hit by a car... What can I do?

I didn't get the phone number or information of the car, although they did stop.. At the time, I wasn't feeling hurt as it was a minor collision (the car was making a right-turn at a red light and didn't see me), and I was late for cl (so I wasn't thinking much about filing a report/getting information down). I was feeling alright at the time, but now my shoulder & wrist hurts. It happened this morning and since I didn't get any information, is there anything I can do?
