Anyone know a girl called Megan Rowland?

When i was little i had a friend called Megan Rowland. We both lived in the Akrotiri army base in Cyprus and we were in year 2. I haven't seen her for a while but last time i spoke to her it was about 4 years ago and she lived in Preston. She is 14 and has blonde hair and her birthday is on 8th or 18th December (cant remember) we were best friends and i would really like to contact her.
